Teaching Assistant in Primary School

Description and Impact

In the Cayo District, the primary schools are crowded and lack resources. This makes it easy for students to fall behind academically. As a teacher assistant, you will be able to support the teachers and give students the individualized attention that they deserve. You will be making a difference in the lives of students and will help empower the future generation. If you are considering a career in education and want to have an impact in the community, this is a great project in which to gain experience and interact directly with primary school students.

What is the overall goal of the project? The program aims to provide a support system for primary school teachers in the Cayo district. Teacher assistants will allow teachers to better execute their jobs and present a more well-rounded education.
