Study Abroad in Peru
ProWorld Study Abroad students have the opportunity to experience a blend of field studies, adventure and development work in Peru. Students will take courses at the Centro Bartolome de las Casas or Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, while working on community development projects with other ProWorld volunteers and local community members.
A ProWorld Study Abroad program enhances your global perspective, more than any other traditional classwork. Projects are developed by our in-country Site Directors and local communities, based on community needs. Volunteer projects happen alongside your academic experiences, providing you with practical and tangible material to enrich ongoing academic classes.
Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions are available. All credits are easily transfered back to your home university through Jacksonville University.
