The turkey coma should be wearing off by now.  This past Thursday, Americans celebrated Thankgiving.  Family and friends gathered to eat, give thanks and spend a day together, enjoying food and each other's company.  Everyone has their own tradition.  Some start the day with a run, others end it by falling asleep watching football, and the most die-hard American shoppers venture out after their evening naps in search of the best deals in the wee hours of the morning at the big box stores.
